In February 1999, Tim Whitehead published some suggestions for the Federal Minister of Finance that are quite readable still. The article was published in Canadian Business Economics, the journal of the Canadian Association for Business Economics.
Until shortly before he entered hospital for the final time, Tim Whitehead wrote articles for Money Sense. Some of the articles have been reproduced here. The document is almost 12 mb so download it. Do not attempt to read it online. Homepage: http://www.moneysense.sa
